By purchasing an item from me, De Bresla, the buyer is agreeing to shop policies.

PAYMENT

• All major credit cards are accepted and processed through PayPal.

• If you have an issue with your payment, please contact me.

SHIPPING
• All pre-made items will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.

All items are shipped by USPS.
• Orders under 10 oz. are sent via USPS First Class mail. This comes with tracking and takes 2–5 days to arrive.

• Orders over 10 oz. are sent via USPS Priority Mail. This comes with tracking and $50 insurance. These take 1–3 days to arrive.

• I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please make sure your address is correct.

• International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pattern sales and digital items
• All digital items will be available for download after purchase.

• Due to the nature of digital items, I cannot offer exchanges or returns on patterns.

• If you have any issues with your pattern or need help completing it, please contact me at deebresla@gmail.com.

CUSTOM ORDERS

• There is a $50 deposit for all custom orders. This deposit will go towards the cost of your overall price, but it also holds your spot and pays for your design process; this is non-refundable.

• I will then reach out to you within a week to start discussing your new custom. You are welcome to be as involved in this process as you would like. Please let me know the price range you are wanting or willing to pay so we can factor that in. At this time, I have 100s of yarn colors to choose from. I also use fabrics and jewelry, beads, buttons, and charms. Please let me know if you would like to see what is available. 

• I will let you know the price of the piece once everything is decided, and you will be asked to pay via a custom order on my website made for you. Please let me know if you need a payment arrangement made, and I can work that out (fees apply for payment plans).

• Once you pay, your order will typically be finished within 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of the order.

Returns or Exchanges
• All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within a week of receiving your item if you wish to return or exchange it.

• The buyer is responsible for purchasing return shipping. No refunds are given on shipping costs.

• Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Only unworn items in new condition can be exchanged or returned.

• Refunds cannot be given on crochet patterns.

• Refunds cannot be given on custom work or deposits for custom work.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• I recommend hand-washing in cold water for all crochet items and laying flat to dry.

• Wool naturally wicks away dirt and moisture. Most crochet items will not need frequent laundering.

• Sewn skirts can be washed in cold water on delicate in the washing machine and hung to dry. I recommend washing separately; many of the wax prints are very saturated. I have never had any of them bleed, but better be safe than sorry!

• Never put wool in the washing machine. It will shrink and feel I am not responsible for items ruined due to improper care.

REPAIRS
Repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I try my hardest to make sure what I make is made to last, but if there is a problem, such as yarn coming apart, I am happy to repair it for you for free. Just message me and show me some photos to see what the issue is. However, if anything is purposely broken or altered, I am not liable to fix it for free, as it is your responsibility to look after your items once they've been sent out.


• Depending on the state of the item and the size of the repair, there may be a charge. I will happily repair small holes or minimal damage for free.


• Please send me a photo of the damage so I can assess what to do.


• The buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways.


• I will only repair items that I have personally made.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you love it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me within 2 weeks for a full refund; however, the item must be in the same condition as when it was sent out and not damaged in any way.
Damaged items or refunds asked for after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Q&As

What materials do you use?

I mainly work with Bernet and Caron; I love this yarn, loops and threads, Big Twist, and Premier, but in the case of my scrap yarn projects, it's a mixture of everything. I understand some people may have a sensory processing disorder and may require different materials, such as thicker yarn, fluffy yarn, velour, etc. Please let me know if this applies to you in my customer form!

Where is my order?

With every order I ship out, I will send you the tracking details! Packages normally take about 3–4 business days to arrive.

CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

Yes certainly! This will come under a custom order, but most of my clothes, such as the cardigans and sweaters, are oversized, but I can make them as large or small as you desire.

I FILLED OUT A CUSTOM ORDER, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU YET.

As it is entirely me making everything, please expect items to not be whipped up in a matter of hours! I try to get back in touch with everyone as quickly as I can in regards to prices, sizes, and shipping, but orders can take me anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks. Cardigans, for example, take me just over a week to make! Rest assured, I am not intentionally ignoring you. I'll be in touch within a couple days if you ask me about anything.
